WECO Weeks Menu 5/30-6/2

Northside PAC has their very own special menu link, so you’ll know you’re contributing to the fundraiser when you see a yellow banner at the top of the menu saying “WECO’s donating 10% of your food bill to the Northside PAC”




Just a quick PSA: we’ll be closed next Sunday + Monday for Memorial Day, but we’re getting right back into it on Tuesday. Starting with… WeeCO Week! This means we’ll be serving up 5 BRAND NEW kids meals, including breakfast for dinner, French toast edition (all week), chicken tikka pizza, turkey burger sliders, super veggie fried rice, and sneaky mac + cheese. The kiddos (and your inner child) are gonna love these. Every kids meal comes with a voting postcard, so we can hear what the wee ones (and you) think!


Also a great family-pleaser, comin’ in HOT is our Cheap-O of the Week-O, WECO Market chicken! All week long you can grab a roasted half chicken, ooey-gooey mac + cheese, and creamed spinach—the perfect assortment when you just need something simple and deeeeelicious.

It’s tikka time on Tuesday! Chickpea tikka masala, that is, and yes, garlic naan is involved. And also shredded braised lamb to add on, if that’s your vibe! Last time this meal graced us with its presence, Fam member Audrey G. shared, “The chickpea tikka masala was godly, I didn't think I was going to eat it all in one go...and then it was gone!” Audrey, we can’t wait to see you again on Tuesday.



The big stuff is back, and by big we mean our big ass salad with smoked chicken! This baby is a WECO staple, and we’ve been craving that carrot-ginger-chia vinaigrette for a whiiiiile now. Roasted pepitas provide the crunch, dried cranberries provide the sweetness, and goat cheese provides the creaminess. And you? Well you just need a big appetite, duh.


Speaking of appetite, our mushroom + chickpea stuffed bell pepper is the savory-meets-a-little-sweet combination that fills you up and leaves you with leftovers. Well, if you can stop after one stuffed pepper. Which TBH, we cannot. Either way, we love the two halves of this pepper meal, making it a great share plate or a whole darn dinner! Drizzle on that saffron honey and get to chowing.


As for the AM eats, Belgian waffle bonanza is back for your weekend brunch needs! Or dinner needs? We love how the WECO Fam is always teaching us a thing or… ten. Fam member Jody M. shared, “The waffles were amazing. Incredible. Fantastic. Superb. We ended up doing a "breakfast for dinner" with waffles and eggs. Please bring the waffles back soon!!” Start your day with ‘em, end your day with ‘em, but whatever you do, don’t leave a single crumb!


And for you savory peeps, our huevos rancheros are here for you! Cue the poached eggs, cue the salsa roja, and cue the GUAC. We’re here for the guac and for that we make zero apologies.


HOW could we forget about our banana bread? Not pictured below is the entire WECO team crushing the post-photo-op leftovers. What, you think we’re letting this literal gold go to waste? Absolutely not. Can’t say no to whipped honey butter.



Oh, and here’s a little treat since you stayed with us this long, we’re making hand (pies) in my pocket (AKA mixed berry hand pies) on Thursday to celebrate Alanis Morisette’s birthday! Because we’ve got one hand (pie) in our pocket, and the other one is giving a peace sign. Duh!


Hand pies, banana bread, and dirt cups. We’re ready! It’s gonna be quite the spread, and we’d love to share the sweetness (and savoriness) with you :)
