Next week is a BIG week, Fam! We're even serving a special Friday spread for Memorial Day next weekend. So scroll for that goodness… in the meantime, you should know our Cheap-O of the Week-O next week is a big ol' half chicken, peeps!


Meet our apple-glazed half chicken + biscuit, with a creamy broccoli salad with pecans, cranberries, bacon + cheddar, and TWO Chef Emily's buttermilk biscuits!!! Extra exclamation points for extra excitement, 'cus we love biscuits. This one's going to knock your socks off.


Now say hello to the halloumi salad!

A total beauty, we know, we know. This salad is an absolute stunner, but it has the flavors and textures to match. Sweet raisins? Check. Crunchy almonds? Yep. Cheesy halloumi? Oh yeah. Veggie-packed wholesomeness? Heck yes! Add on herb-roasted salmon? We've got that too.



Love salmon? Well, you're going to love our herb-crusted Arctic char.

These filets are coated in an herbed panko crust, which adds a crunchy texture to the mild, buttery fish. For extra protein, there's a side of French green lentils and a side of lemon garlic green beans to complete the green vision. Of course, you can't forget the mustard crème fraîche on the side!



On Tuesday, we're making roasted chicken with spring veggies!

But don't sleep on that ramp salsa verde; it's loaded with the last ever-treasured ramps of the season. Ramps are similar to a scallion and add that delicious oniony flavor to your chicken, asparagus, and taters. So don't miss out on this special seasonal feast!


And to get you through the next day's lunch? Just grab a baba ganoush bowl, and your midday fuel is covered!

Wild rice, oyster mushrooms, falafel, and sumac-honey marinated cherry tomatoes make this the plant-based powerhouse of your dreams.



And now, it's Memorial Day-themed menu extravaganza time. Cue the Lizzo voice: We've been WAITING for this one! Some all-time favorites are back in town to say hi, including our lobster roll and pulled-pork sando.
