Forms of Payment:
We can only accept cash or payment via PayPal during the event. We will have PayPal QR codes ready to scan for such purchases. If you plan on paying with PayPal, we recommend downloading the app and setting your QR preferences beforehand.
Event Considerations:
Unfortunately, there is no bathroom on site, so please plan accordingly.
While there will be non-food items passed out to trick-or-treaters, this is not a nut-free or peanut-free event. There will be candy, baked goods, and food served that may contain these known ingredients and other known allergens, so we ask that you use your discretion regarding food and your health requirements during the event.
There are no tables on the property, so please bring a blanket or seating if you plan on enjoying food and drink while attending the event and are looking for a comfortable place to sit on the green.
For the safety of all involved, we ask that all non-service animals or pets be left at home.
This event is for elementary-aged children, so please remember that when it comes to attire and decorations at the event.
Please remember that PAC members are all volunteers, so we kindly ask for your patience during the event.
We also kindly ask for your help in keeping the event area clean during the event by either taking your trash with you or disposing of it properly in the barrels on the property.
There will be lighting at the event. However, as the sun sets, it may be a good idea to bring flashlights, lanterns, or glow sticks to make visibility easier.
Think of it as the perfect practice for night-time safety before Halloween night! There also may be a chill in the air, so bring those coats and blankets, too!
If you have any other questions, please comment below. Otherwise, we can’t wait to see you all at the event!
